Murdock est. 1995 Staten Island, New York. They are pretty close to being excellent and their music is full of that driving discordance and chaos you get from Mike Kirsch bands, in particular John Henry West and Torches to Rome. The guitar sound is very similar to those bands, and very full on. Vocally they go for the strained yells and screams. It works well. They started off young and angry - over the years they have just gained weight and got a bit more salty. Not that it matters anyway but just in case you care - Murdock is ex - C.R.
